Shaved Kohlrabi salad


  • 1 Kohlrabi
  • Small handful of capers
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • A few sprigs of parsley or chervil


  1. Peel the Kohlrabi and then slice as thinly as possible, or shave with a vegetable peeler. To make the dressing, mix together the oil and lemon and season with salt and pepper. Finely chop the parsley and capers and then toss everything together.
  2. Easy peasy.
